We are committed to maintaining the highest professional standards and fostering a positive, supportive working environment for our team.Salary35,000 - 45,000BenefitsCompany carFlexible working hoursWork laptopBereavement leaveCompany pensionFree parkingOn-site parkingJob SummaryYoull be responsible for carrying out detailed inspections and surveys across a range of premises, including residential blocks, commercial buildings, HMOs, care settings, and public buildings.DutiesConducting Fire Risk Assessments nationwideFire door inspections in line with relevant British Standards and best practiceCompartmentation surveys (walls, floors, ceilings, service penetrations, risers, voids)Identifying defects, non-compliances and safety risksProducing clear and professional reports with photos and prioritised actionsLiaising with clients, contractors and internal teamsWorking in support of fire risk assessments and building safety complianceEssentialLevel 3 Award in Fire Risk Assessments or EquivalentLevel 3 Award in Fire Door Inspection or EquivalentLevel 3 Award in Fire Protection or EquivalentProven experience inspecting fire doors and/or surveying compartmentationStrong understanding of passive fire protection and fire safety principlesConfident using tablets, software and reporting systemsExcellent attention to detail and a practical, common-sense approachFull UK driving licenseWillingness to TravelDesirableMarketing/Sales ExperienceHealth and Safety Knowledge/ExperienceNEBOSH GeneralJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
