Were looking to add to our Corporate Sales Team with an experienced Corporate Account Manager, committed to developing strong working relationships with our customers both internally and externally, and driven by the need to deliver nothing but the very best results. You will be responsible for developing and guiding the implementation of a Joint Business Plan within a portfolio of important customers, achieving account profitability and sales targets, serving as the primary account contact & providing account leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term continuity of supply.What you will be doing:To be a proactive member of the Corporate Sales Team by assisting development of business goals, objectives, strategic initiatives, and supporting colleaguesAccountability for ensuring that company profitability, customer requirements and growth targets are metImplement, monitor, report & forecast on account performance against a sales budget to maximise future performanceFocussed on improving the delivery or service in line with the contracted commitments (SLAs) and can identify opportunities for improvements that are acted uponAnnually review customer account plans as part of the budgeting process for the following yearMaintain regular communication with key contacts to identify and resolve issues whilst identifying and delivering new initiatives within existing customer basePartner with other departments as required to ensure that budgeted sales targets, account profitability, customer satisfaction and retention are achieved & exceededDevelop and implement individual account NPD strategies which support the business and account plan requirementsAchieve and exceed sales and margin targetsConfidently present the features and benefits of all Country Choice concepts both internally and externally in person and virtually as requiredExecute product demonstrations to customersAbout you:Strong account management skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to work under pressure with a sense of urgency to work in a deadline driven environmentProactive approach with proven ability to manage multiple and changing prioritiesConfident user of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.Self-motivated with the ability to operate effectively both individually and as part of a team.A customer centric approach in all interactions with customers and peersConfident, self-motivated, and positive attitudeStrong attention to detailExcellent negotiation skillsAbility to build and manage strong relationshipsDesired but not essential:Knowledge of the convenience retail market / competitor capabilities and reachExperience in a national account, or a key account role within the retail food industryUnderstanding of Salesforce and MEDDIC sales methodology
