We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a facilities management company based in Orpington.Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.Split between the Head Office in Orpington, and customer sites in central London, this opportunity would suit an established sales leader with experience within Hard Services.An outline of the role:To improve market position and achieve financial growth.Define long-term organisational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.Find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.Assist in managing existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.Maintain client relationships and suggest solutions and services that meet or predict their clients' future needs.Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.Effectively managing 2 Sales Executives whilst generating your own leads and sales.We are looking for someone who has:An optimistic attitude is essential with a drive to succeedThe ability to work as part of a collaborative teamExperience within sales in the Hard Services industryExperience in driving sales and generating new leadsExcellent customer service skillsThe salary for this role is up to 60,000 plus an uncapped commission structure.Please get in touch with Ella at for more details.Barker Ross Group values diversity and promotes equality.
