Employment Solicitor - The Role You will handle a wide variety of employment law matters, providing high-quality legal advice to both employers and employees. This will include: * Advising on employment tribunals, litigation, mediation, TUPE, policies, procedures, and settlement agreements * Interviewing clients and taking instructions * Drafting and reviewing legal documents * Maintaining accurate and thorough client files * Handling queries efficiently via phone or face-to-face interactions * Ensuring compliance with internal quality and procedural standards * Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting the team’s continued growth The Team You’ll join a supportive and well-structured team with a partner-led approach that encourages collaboration and mentoring.
