Employment Solicitor - The Role You will handle a wide variety of employment law matters, providing high-quality legal advice to both employers and employees. This will include: Advising on employment tribunals, litigation, mediation, TUPE, policies, procedures, and settlement agreements Interviewing clients and taking instructions Drafting and reviewing legal documents Maintaining accurate and thorough client files Handling queries efficiently via phone or face-to-face interactions Ensuring compliance with internal quality and procedural standards Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting the team’s continued growth The Team You’ll join a supportive and well-structured team with a partner-led approach that encourages collaboration and mentoring. Work is allocated appropriately across the team, promoting development and knowledge-sharing.
