The Role Behaviour Mentor Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs and challenging behaviour. You will work on a 1:1 and small-group basis with KS1-5 students aged 7 to 18 with SEMH needs. You will support their emotional regulation, implement positive behaviour strategies and improve their engagement with learning. The role involves de-escalation, restorative approaches and consistent relationship-building, working closely with teaching, pastoral and leadership teams to maintain a safe, structured and supportive learning environment.
