Do you have experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour or SEMH needs? Are you able to commute easily to Bromley? If yes, then this Behaviour Mentor role is for you!!! The Role Behaviour Mentor Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs and challenging behaviour. You will work on a 1:1 and small-group basis with KS1-5 students aged 7 to 18 with SEMH needs. You will support their emotional regulation, implement positive behaviour strategies and improve their engagement with learning. The role involves de-escalation, restorative approaches and consistent relationship-building, working closely with teaching, pastoral and leadership teams to maintain a safe, structured and supportive learning environment. The School Behaviour Mentor This specialist alternative provision supports pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs who require a structured and nurturing environment.
