Competitive salary up to 75k Excellent staff benefits package Opportunity to lead high-profile retrofit projects aligned to PAS 2030/2035 Work alongside a forward-thinking team dedicated to sustainability and energy efficiency The Role: As Retrofit Operations Manager, youll: Oversee the delivery of retrofit schemes to full PAS 2030/2035 compliance Act as the go-to expert for retrofit and decarbonisation Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams across site management and coordination Ensure audit readiness and quality assurance working with designers, assessors, and consultants Engage directly with clients, representing the business at senior level Drive performance through inspections, compliance checks, and HSEQ standards Manage subcontractor competence and ensure PAS/MCS compliance About You: Were looking for someone who brings: 5+ years experience in retrofit or decarbonisation projects Strong knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 standards Ideally Level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination, Sustainability, or related field Retrofit Assessor/Coordinator training highly desirable Confident in managing teams, projects, and multiple stakeholders Skilled in P&L management, HSEQ compliance, and strategic planning A proactive, solutions-driven approach with excellent communication skills Full UK driving licence Interested?
