Job Description NQ Commercial Property Solicitor/Experienced Fee EarnerFull Time, Permanent30,000-50,000 + bonusWe are seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Fee Earner/Solicitor to join a reputable practice in the Ormskirk area.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload specialising in commercial property matters, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring high standards of client service.We are keen to speak with both Qualified and Non Qualified candidates who have previous experience of managing their own Commercial Property Caseload.DutiesManage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and land developmentDraft and review legal documentation related to commercial property dealsProvide clear and concise legal advice to clients on property-related mattersNegotiate terms and facilitate smooth transaction processesLiaise effectively with clients, estate agents, surveyors, and other stakeholdersEnsure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policiesMaintain accurate case records and manage deadlines efficientlyRequirementsQualified Solicitor or Experienced Non Qualified Fee Earner within Commercial PropertyPrior experience in managing your own Commercial Property CaseloadExcellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex legal issues clearly to clients and colleaguesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneouslyProficient in IT systems utilised within legal practice management and document drafting softwareDemonstrable ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively as part of a teamAttention to detail and high standards of professional conduct are essentialJBRP1_UKTJ
