You will combine hands-on clinical delivery with leadership duties, helping to maintain a safe, person-centred care environment. Youll also support staff development, oversee clinical compliance, and contribute to operational management. This is a senior role for an experienced, capable nurse ready to lead with confidence and care.You may occasionally support other homes in the local area, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.Reports to: Home ManagerSkills and attributesNMC Registered Nurse (Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities)Experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy in a care homeStrong leadership in clinical and care settingsIn-depth knowledge of CQC standards and governanceSkilled in wound care, medication, and health assessmentsConfident mentor and supervisorOrganised, efficient, and IT literateFull driving licence and access to a vehicleFlexible to support other local homes as requiredEducation and qualificationNMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.JBRP1_UKTJ
