Were looking for an Insights Analyst to join our Commercial Insights team , playing a key role in supporting Ferreros Field Sales function in the Grocery channel. If youre naturally curious with a head for numbers, and love transforming data into actionable insights, this is your chance to make an impact with one of the worlds most exciting FMCG companies. What youll be doing Using market, consumer, trade, and field data to build compelling selling stories for Ferrero. Sharing performance success stories with retailer account teams to drive engagement. Recommending where Field Sales efforts should focus to deliver maximum ROI. Supporting promotional campaigns with pre-analysis, wrap-ups, and strategic recommendations. Delivering insights to support Field Channel Heads with KPIs and business priorities. Conducting regular field visits to ensure consistency across Field Execs and Operations. Collaborating with the Data team to enhance reporting tools and ad-hoc analysis. What were looking for: Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables essential)A natural with numbers A-Level Maths (or higher) preferableCurious and detail-driven, with a passion for finding those golden nuggets in dataExcellent communicator able to turn numbers into stories that inspire actionConfident presenting insights and recommendations to clientsOrganised, deadline-driven, and able to manage your own workloadA full clean UK driving licenceBased within a reasonable commute of Thame, Oxfordshire Bonus points for:FMCG / Field Sales experiencePower BI knowledge Why join us?
