As Head of Tenancy and Neighbourhood Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning that mission into reality.The vacancyReporting to the Director of Customer Services, you’ll lead four critical services: Neighbourhoods, Lettings, and ASB. Your leadership will ensure our services not only meet but exceed regulatory standards, deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, and create real impact in our communities.You’ll develop and implement neighbourhood action plans and innovative interventions using a systems thinking approach – all while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks like the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards and Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs).So what will you be doing?In this role your responsibilities will be:Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teamsDrive continuous service improvement through data, insight, and customer feedbackDevelop policies, systems, and KPIs to strengthen delivery and accountabilityBuild strong partnerships with statutory and voluntary agenciesEnsure legal, regulatory, and safeguarding compliance across your service areasPlay a key role in shaping FCHO’s “Thriving Communities” agendaWho are we looking for?Essential Requirements:Has a full UK driving licenceHas substantial experience managing multi-disciplinary housing teams (Neighbourhoods, Lettings, ASB, etc.)Holds a CIH Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent/willingness to complete), with in-depth knowledge of relevant housing legislationHas strong strategic and analytical skills and is able to turn insight into actionHas excellent people and performance management expertiseHas a track record of creating and delivering customer-centric servicesHas vast experience of budget management and policy developmentIs committed to equality, diversity, and creating safe, inclusive communitiesWhat's in it for you?When you become a part of the FCHO team, you receive a range of fantastic benefits, including:A 37-hour working week with hybrid working optionsHoliday entitlement is 30 days plus one shut down day and eight bank holidays.Defined contribution pension scheme with an employer contribution of up to 10%.
