We're looking for a Development Technician to join our growing team and contribute to the creation, testing, and refinement of industry-leading products.About the Role: This is a varied and rewarding role offering the opportunity to work across design, prototyping, and testing processes. Youll be involved in everything from producing manufacturing drawings and 3D models to inspecting products and running development tests all vital parts of our innovation process.Responsibilities Include:Producing accurate fabrication and manufacturing drawingsCreating 3D models using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCADDeveloping and supporting product test schemesConducting hands-on testing of prototypes and documenting resultsInspecting new product designs and contributing to quality assuranceSupporting multi-disciplinary teams and travelling to UK offices as requiredWhat Youll Bring:2+ years of relevant technical experienceStrong understanding of steel fabrication and manufacturing processesAbility to work confidently with hand tools and in workshop settingsExperience in test planning and reportingStrong organisational, time management, and communication skillsHNC/HND in a technical or engineering disciplineIT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and 3D CAD packagesWho You Are: Youre a practical problem-solver who enjoys working in a collaborative team, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to get things right.
