About YouWe're looking for someone with a strong background in accountancy practice who enjoys working closely with clients and supporting a team. You'll be confident in managing relationships, reviewing technical work, and providing sound advice.The ideal candidate will bring:Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).Solid experience in accounts preparation and tax work within practice.A track record of supervising or managing others.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Clear communication skills and the confidence to deal with a wide range of clients.A proactive, approachable style and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
