Support Worker Bridgend CF32 0HE Permanent 4 roles 12.60/hr - 12.80/hr 39 Hours on Days (3 x 13hrs) 35 Hours on Nights (8pm-8.30am) Full Time Roles Working in a Brand New Service Driver Essential (Full UK Driving Licence) All you really need to fit in here is a desire to make a difference (and a driving licence as you use company vehicles!). DAYS ROLE You must have a FULL UK Driving Licence - due to using clients vehicles. Shifts are working between 08.00am-20.30pm (Includes alternative weekends). NIGHTS ROLE WAKING NIGHTS Shifts are working between 20.00pm-08.30am (Includes alternative weekends). Sleep nights (55 flat rate if applicable) DETAILS INCLUDE Overtime available. Fixed Shift pattern, so you can always be able to plan your work/life balance. Permanent Contract, guaranteed hours. Working in a modern facility which has had a recent major refurbishment. You will be tasked with assisting with the residents care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. PERSON SPECIFICATION Experience of working in a social care environment is ideal but not essential. Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills.
