Job DescriptionFinance ManagerRutlandHybrid working 4/1 - 3/2Wide range of benefits such as; Bonus, Private Health, Life Insurance.Broster Buchanan are delighted to be the exclusive recruitment partner with a hugely successful manufacturing business based in Rutland.The company is going from strength to strength with investments in a new ERP system and an office refurb with the best free bean coffee on tap!You will play a pivotal role in supporting the No1 in finance across a broad base of duties as the business embarks on a range of process improvements, onboarding new customers and enhancing its reporting capabilities.The position is perfect for a Finance Manager who enjoys all areas of finance and can quickly build rapport with the wider finance team and senior stakeholders. You will get to learn about all aspects of the business.Key duties include:- Phased management of a team of 3-4- Support transactional staff with weekly review of account progress.- Support delivery of year end accounts, corporation tax computation and audit.- Manage the monthly management accounts and sales reporting cycle.- Monthly balance sheet reconciliation- Analyse overhead variances monthly and provide insights to support commercial decisions.- Support commercial analysis of future decisions- Year-end stock take - Support team members in process improvement initiatives- KPI creation and analysis i.e. aged debt, vendor prepayment level, stock days etc.- Support on new ERP project Wide range of benefits such as; Bonus, Private Health, Life Insurance.Suitable applicants will likely be qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA, however consideration will be given to those in later stages of studies.You will be a self starter, with a positive attitude and keen to develop your experience.Experience across either, manufacturing, stock, supply chain or logistics preferred.In return you can expect a people focussed employer and sensible work hours Please reach out to [email protected] for full details.
