As our organisation continues to grow and expand, were determined to ensure that every young persons future is in the very best hands.Get out what you put inLeading in the area of care development, you will have at least 4 years experience of working in Children's Homes with a track record of change management and role development. Ideally you will have experience of coaching, safeguarding, mentoring and have a good understanding of Ofsted inspections in Children's Homes . As youll be visiting Children's homes nationwide, youll need a full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel.What we do for youWe know youre going to do great things.
