A leading UK-based organisation is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join its dedicated team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on advisory role, supporting line managers and stakeholders to deliver fair, legally sound, and commercially aware outcomes across a wide range of employee relations issues.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide trusted advice and guidance to managers on ER topics including discipline, grievances, performance, absence, and investigationsManage ER casework from initial enquiry to resolution Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practiceAbout YouWere looking for someone who brings both technical ER expertise and the confidence to navigate challenging workplace issues. The ideal candidate will have:Experience managing a high-volume ER advisory caseloadStrong knowledge of employment law, ACAS Code of Practice, and regulatory complianceAt least 2 years' experience in HR, ideally with some time in an advisory or operational roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build effective relationships with business stakeholdersConfidence in handling difficult conversations and sensitive mattersA proactive, solutions-focused approach and growth mindsetAbility to work both independently and as part of a wider HR team
