Our client is looking to recruit an HR Administrator for a period of 4 to 6 weeks working hybrid two days in the office and 3 days at home. The role will support the wider HR team.The ResponsibilitiesThis role works on a variety of different HR tasks and processes, including the below:- Assisting with the onboarding process- Helping with pre-employment screening checks such as reference requests- Creating and distributing contracts of employment- Managing the leavers process- Adding employees onto their internal system- Processing contractual changes needed- Managing any email and/or phone queries- Managing maternity and family leave- Other ad hoc administrative dutiesThe ExperiencePrevious HR administration experience is essential for this role Please contact your consultant directly if you are already registered with Katie Bard.
