Job DescriptionRacker Installor / De-CommissioningWellsborough8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)27,000 - 32,000Our client is looking for a racking installer and de-comissioner who can offer first class service whilst ensuring the safe and efficient running of our yard. In this Yard Manager/Supervisor role you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our yard team who are on the front line dealing with our customers that come into our yard. Health & Safety will be your primary focus every day while always building long-lasting relationships and going above and beyond to provide a great service to our customers.The RoleOur success is built on strong relationships with our customers so it's essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service - the key thing is to be helpful and friendly, you will likely get to know our customers on a first name basis. You will be based outside, responsible for leading and inspiring our yard team who are on the front line dealing with our customers that come into our yard.
