Job Description Sales Operations Administrator Full-time | Office-based | Nottinghamshire We're looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join a growing UK business supplying major retailers with trade and DIY products.This is a hands-on administration and customer service role supporting B2B customers in a busy, fast-paced environment. What you'll be doing Processing customer orders and managing the sales administration processHandling customer queries, delivery issues and general communicationsSupporting branch managers and senior contacts at retail customersWorking on an ERP system (currently Sage, moving to Microsoft Business Central)Providing general administrative support to the sales operations team What we're looking for Previous experience in an administration or customer service roleComfortable speaking to customers by phone and emailStrong organisation and prioritisation skillsGood attention to detailReliable, consistent and proactive approachExperience with Sage or Microsoft Business Central is a bonus, not essential Working pattern Office-based, 5 days per weekMonday-Thursday: 8am-5pmFriday: early finish around 4pmOn-site parking and good public transport links Why apply?
