Job DescriptionAbout the CompanyThis fantastic communications agency has truly carved out its niche over recent years.They are renowned for the innovative and immersive experiences they create using the latest digital tech, and for the epic portfolio of global and national clients that they work with.DescriptionReporting into the leadership team as part of a small but ambitious team, as Senior Account Manager you'll be responsible for the delivery of complex and in-depth immersive projects from concept through to live launches.What you'll do:Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple campaigns.Be the central point of contact between clients and internal teams.Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.Provide updates to stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met.Client management of a portfolio of key accounts.ExperienceWhat we're looking for:Project management experience ideally within a digital creative agency.Fantastic client management skills.Strong understanding of creative and digital project workflows (e.g. 3D, video, web, content)Exceptional organisational and communication skills.Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar.A proactive attitude and a passion for innovative digital work.Budgeting and scheduling expertiseCalm under pressure, detail-obsessed, solutions-focusedRemuneration35-45k depending on experienceHybrid working - ideally 3 days in the officeFlexibility around working hoursAn AMAZING office to work from in a stunning locationFree onsite parking
