This ensures you have full context before deciding whether to move forward.As the firms embedded hiring partner, we are supporting an established professional services business with a strong corporate client base and a deliberate commitment to modern working.They are appointing an Employment Lawyer with between 1 and 4 years PQE to work closely with the Head of Employment and support a growing portfolio of employer clients.The work is commercially focused and predominantly employer-side. It includes day-to-day advisory, workforce restructures, TUPE and the employment aspects of corporate transactions. Clients are established businesses and the expectation is clear, pragmatic advice grounded in commercial reality.The firm operates a genuine 4 day working week model. This is not compressed hours and it is not informal flexibility. The structure is embedded in how the business runs. Standards remain high, but time is used deliberately and intelligently. The model is designed around sustainable performance rather than long-hour optics.There is also a clear focus on development. You will work directly with senior leadership, gain exposure to corporate transactions and have a defined pathway as the employment offering continues to strengthen.
