Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to join a market-leading PLC listed manufacturer based in the Calverton area of Nottingham. Experience and Qualifications Required for Electrical Maintenance Team Leader:Engineering qualified; City & Guilds, ONC, BTEC Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent in ElectricalProven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing settingStrong Health and Safety awarenessPrevious experience as a Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, etcPeople Management, motivation and structured development of the team through performance reviewsPrevious experience of the development and application of PPM activities.
