Operations Project Manager

Job Description dSb is exclusively working for a growing, design-led premium brand who is looking for an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects that improve the systems, processes and operational foundations and ways of working within the retail sector.This is a newly created and pivotal role and youll be someone who can turn ideas into action, keep momentum going, and ensure improvements truly take hold.Responsibilities:Translate company priorities into clear operational roadmaps and actionable plans across the businessReview and document existing processes, identifying opportunities to improve how they workLead initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and visibility across operationsSupport implementation of operational systems and tools, including ERP and WMS platformsPlan and deliver projects end-to-end defining scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and success measuresKeep stakeholders informed and aligned through clear communication and documentationLead change management activities to ensure new processes are successfully adoptedDefine and track KPIs, producing regular updates and post-implementation reviewsExperience Required:Experience in operations or project management, ideally with background in fashion/apparel or consumer goodsStrong understanding of supply chain, production, or retail environmentsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesConfident communication skills with a range of stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilityProven stakeholder management experienceExperience working with ERP or operational systemsProject management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP)Process improvement training (Lean Six Sigma)Change management or business analysis experienceThis role is based full-time onsite and candidates would need to be based within a commutable area to the Nottinghamshire area and have full right to work in the UK.Salary will be disclosed on application.
