Job Description Supply Chain CoordinatorFull-time | Office-based | NottinghamshireWe're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a growing UK business supplying major retailers with trade and DIY products.This is a newly created role and a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and keen to build experience in supply chain and operations. What you'll be doing Supporting demand planning and basic forecastingRaising and tracking purchase orders with suppliersMonitoring shipments, deliveries, and containersCommunicating with suppliers about orders and timelinesHelping improve and document supply chain processesProviding general supply chain and admin supportThis is a busy role where you'll be trusted to get stuck in and take ownership. What we're looking for Strong administration or operations experienceGood organisation and attention to detailConfident communicator, happy to ask questionsProactive, hands-on approachComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentYou don't need direct supply chain experience - we're open to:Graduates with admin-heavy experienceCareer changers from retail, buying, wholesale, or logisticsExperienced administrators interested in supply chainTraining will be provided. Working pattern Office-based, 5 days per weekMonday-Thursday: 8am-5pmFriday: early finish around 4pmParking available and good public transport links Why apply?
