Amazing opportunity to join a UKtop100 firm and Legal500 team as part of their leading Construction team.A respected full-service law firm is recruiting a Senior Associate with around 4 years’ PQE in construction law. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone experienced across both contentious and non-contentious construction work. You will work on everything from traditional developments to complex infrastructure projects, including energy, student accommodation, PRS, and large-scale disputes like litigation, arbitration, and adjudication.This is a hands-on role where you will work with listed companies, local authorities, banks, developers, contractors, specialist subcontractors, and consultants, on both national and international matters.What They Are Looking ForA solicitor with approximately 4 years’ PQE in construction law, covering both contentious and non-contentious mattersExperience advising across a range of sectors, including traditional development, infrastructure, energy, student accommodation or PRSProven ability in handling disputes via litigation, arbitration, adjudication and enforcementStrong drafting, negotiating and legal analytical skillsCommercial awareness, confident client handling and the ability to work under pressureEnthusiasm for mentoring more junior fee-earners and collaborating in a team environmentWhat’s On OfferGenuine variety of work across construction law, disputes and transactional mattersHybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 25 days’ holiday, increasing to 31 days after service, plus flexible holiday buy/sell option.A bonus scheme that rewards high performance—eligible to earn up to a 35 % annual bonus.Sabbatical entitlement, up to 2 weeks over 2 years or 4 weeks over 3 years.Pension with at least 5 % employer contribution.Life assurance providing 4x annual salary in case of death in service.A supportive firm culture with a focus on inclusion, diversity, sustainable careers and meaningful work-life balance.This is truly a great role with a lot to offer.
