Designing and delivering engaging learning solutions across the business, with a blended approach combining in-person and digital training.Designing and leading the Store Management Development Programme, focusing on coaching and developing store colleagues, commercial awareness and customer journeys.Owning and managing the company’s apprenticeship scheme, ensuring colleagues have access to meaningful career development opportunities and building relationships with colleges and apprenticeship providers.Partnering with senior leaders to identify training needs and implement creative, practical solutions.Embedding a learning culture that empowers colleagues at every level.What are we looking for?An experienced L&D professional with a proven track record in designing and delivering training programmes.
