Commercial Property Manager

A leading UK Real Estate Advisory firm are seeking a Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor level Commercial Property Manager to join their team based in Central London. This position will be responsible for managing a mixed commercial portfolio of properties on behalf of a prestigious Fund & Investment Managers across London and Southeast. Property Management responsibilities include:Day-to-day management of a mixed commercial portfolio (office, industrial, retail) and delivery of the client’s portfolio initiatives. Deal with tenant requests and requirements in an efficient manner. Develop and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.Manage arrears and keep the client and Asset Managers updated.Produce quarterly data reporting (Excel based portfolio analysis).Manage projects such as insurance renewals and reinstatement cost assessment procurement. Coordinate projects across the delivery team.Manage and monitor void costs and compliance.Property Management requirements:Member of RICS or partway through APC. Proven commercial property management experience. Ability to build and maintain strong tenant and client relationships. Excellent written, presentation and communications skills.Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
