Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS) to join our expanding team as we enter a new phase of growth.About the roleAs a Senior QS, you will manage and deliver a portfolio of high-profile, technically interesting projects across a range of sectors. You will act as a client-facing representative of the practice, building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.You will be supported by an experienced and collaborative team, with flexible working options and a values-driven culture.What you'll doWork on high-profile and technically interesting projectsTake ownership of projects from inception to completionBe part of a growing consultancy with long term career potentialContribute to the development of a new regional officeFlexible working arrangement and tailored remuneration packageManage full pre and post-contract dutiesPrepare cost estimates, cost plans and tendering documentsManage the procurement processes, tender analysis and reportingAttend meetings, prepare financial reports, and monitor the status of projectsProvide strategic cost advice at all project stagesAdminister contracts and manage change/variationsBuild and maintain trusted relationships with clientsSupport and mentor junior team membersContribute to winning new work and/or repeat businessWhat we're looking forDegree qualification (RICS accredited)MRICS, or working towards chartershipStrong skills in quantification and measurement, with ability to oversee, review, and undertake internal QA checks with team membersSolid consultancy experience, ideally with high-value or complex projectsKnowledge of JCT and other standard forms of contractExcellent communication and organisational skillsCommercially aware with excellent negotiation and organisational skillsKnowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages, BlueBeam or similarAbility to demonstrate both pre and post contract QS experience through project examplesWhy join us?We offer flexible working arrangementsCareer progression Supportive culture in a collaborative teamCompetitive, tailored remuneration packageApply NowSend your CV to click Apply via LinkedInVisit our website to learn more:
