Machine Shop Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operations Manager to to lead and optimise machining operations. You'll be responsible for the following:Leading the CNC machining teamEnsuring safe, compliant operations across CNC machining, manual machining and fabrication.Maximising operational efficiencyDelivering high-quality componentsDeveloping and implementing continuous improvement initiativesAllocating workload and resources The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:Proven CNC machine management experienceExcellent planning and communication skills.Leadership skillsCommitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvementConfidence in managing people, resolving issues, and meeting production targetsTeam development, and cross-department coordinationMentoring and training machinistsThis role will be site based in Nottingham on a permanent basis and offering a salary of £42,000 - £48,000 plus benefits.
