Our commitment to expert training and exceptional customer care is central to our success.As an innovative, forward-thinking company, we are proud to be experiencing significant growth in annual recurring revenues, and our contracted customer base now extends beyond 1,200 businesses.We are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Contracts Manager to join our team and take the lead on maximising retention and driving efficiency, whilst maintaining an outstanding customer experience.You will oversee & be responsible for:The renewal workflow process, ensuring all renewals are processed accurately and on timeProviding data-driven insights and scenario modelling for renewal deals to support account management in strategic decision makingMonitoring and tracking renewal pipelines, providing forecasting support and reporting on renewal performance to leadership team and vendorsWorking with the Internal Customer Success team to identify potentials risks within renewal contracts (pricing/terms/utilisation) and proactively recommend migration approachesReinforcing process discipline by maintaining accurate records of all renewal opportunities and driving operational improvementsContributing to continuous improvement of renewal strategies by analysing historical outcomes, win/loss patterns and discounting trendsOwning debtor management for renewalsSkills & Personal Qualities Required:Strong commercial awarenessStrong negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess financial and contractual risksExcellent organisation and time management abilities; capable of managing multiple renewals simultaneouslyThorough attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and cross functional collaborationProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite of applicationsPreferred ExperienceExperience in supervising and leading a teamPrior experience in renewals operations, deal desk, sales operations, contract administration, or business operationsExposure to financial modelling, pricing analysis or revenue forecastingExperience working cross functionally in a fast-paced SaaS companyPackage & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package tailored to attract the right candidate, including:Private HealthcareCompany Bonus SchemeAdditional InformationThis role is primarily home-based, with occasional visits to our offices in Derby & Sutton Coldfield.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionEnhanced maternity leavePrivate medical insuranceSick payWork from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Derby DE65 6DW
