Check out what they are doing here: | /abbottlyon/Role Overview:As our Senior Retoucher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality retouching of jewellery photography for e-commerce, advertising, editorial, and social campaigns.You will be working closely with the creative, photography, and marketing teams to ensure every image reflects the luxury, clarity, and brilliance of our products.Key Responsibilities:Retouch high-quality product and lifestyle imagery with a strong focus on jewellery details.Enhance product surfaces, maintain colour accuracy and preserve texture and detail to offer true production representation.Perform colour matching and consistency checks across campaigns and product lines.Maintaining a high standard of retouching with a luxury aesthetic—delicate attention to detail is essential.Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and creative teams to enhance and execute visual briefs.Manage image workflows, naming conventions, and file delivery systems.Create and maintain retouching guidelines and templates for consistency across the Abbott Lyon brandOversee & QC freelance retouching support during peak periods as required.Ensure all images meet e-commerce and print-ready standards including resolution & colour profiles.Stay up-to-date with the latest retouching techniques, tools, and trends in luxury fashion jewellery & beauty.Key Requirements:5+ years of professional experience in high-end product retouching, preferably with luxury goods, jewellery & beauty.Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Creative Suite & a strong working knowledge of Capture One.Proven experience in implementing quality control workflows for high-volume Ecommerce imagery.Strong experience working with precious metals & gemstones, color correction, shadow / highlights and clipping paths / masking.A meticulous eye for detail and luxury aesthetic.A team player with a solutions-based approach to efficiencies & consistencies within a creative studio environment.Comfortable working to tight deadlines while maintaining a high-quality output.Organised and methodical approach to file management.Knowledge of CGI rendering or 3D retouching is a plus.A strong portfolio showcasing jewellery / product & beauty retouching is required.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.A dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for growth and development within a fast-growing companyEmployee discounts on Abbott Lyon products.A chance to make a significant impact on the future of the company and its peopleIf this sounds like you then hit apply or email Kyle on to find out more!Abbott Lyon is committed to building and supporting a brilliant, diverse, and inclusive team as an equal opportunities employer.
