This role requires a dynamic individual who can build strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, client management, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding talent acquisition matters.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and metrics.Talent Acquisition Strategy:Design and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to client requirements.Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and achievement of recruitment goals.Provide training and development opportunities for team members.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.Implement innovative recruitment technologies and tools.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to clients and senior management.Delivery Responsibilities:Ensure timely and accurate delivery of recruitment services to clients.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the recruitment process.Delivering on Objectives:Set clear recruitment objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.Monitor and track the achievement of recruitment goals and objectives.Implement strategies to meet or exceed client expectations and deliver on agreed-upon objectives.Accountability:Take ownership and accountability for the overall success of the talent acquisition function.Hold team members accountable for their performance and deliverables.Ensure transparency and accountability in all recruitment activities and decisions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a client-facing role.Proven experience in managing and leading a recruitment team.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
