Wholesale Operations Coordinator

As the brand expands globally, they’re looking for a Wholesale Operations Coordinator to support the seamless execution of wholesale dispatch and invoicing.This is a highly analytical, Excel-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on data accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end wholesale dispatch, tracking shipments and ensuring on-time deliveryRaise and issue accurate invoices across multiple territories, meeting specific customer requirementsMaintain detailed records of shipments, returns, and account data using Excel and NetSuiteProvide reporting and insights to Sales and Finance teams, tracking performance against SLAsCommunicate with wholesale clients and third-party logistics partners to resolve issues quicklyUse Excel extensively (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to manage, reconcile, and analyse large data setsAbout You:Proficient in Excel – VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and working with large data setsPrevious experience in wholesale operations, logistics, or sales support (fashion a bonus)Strong attention to detail and highly organisedConfident communicator with a proactive approachComfortable working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience advantageous)This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working with one day per week from home, and excellent development opportunities.
