Heating and Plumbing Engineer

Job Purpose:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Gas Engineer to carry out installations, servicing, breakdowns, and repairs across a range of domestic properties. The successful candidate will be Gas Safe registered and committed to delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service. What We Offer: Competitive rates / salaryCompany profit share schemeCompany van, uniform, and fuel cardFlexible working arrangementsSupport from a professional and friendly management teamOpportunities for further training and developmentKey Responsibilities:Carry out gas boiler installations, servicing, and repairs in line with manufacturer instructions and regulationsDiagnose and repair faults in gas appliances and heating systemsPerform landlord gas safety checks (CP12) and issue certificatesInstall, commission, and maintain gas appliances (boilers, cookers, fires, etc.)Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitudeEnsure work complies with current Gas Safe and Building RegulationsComplete all relevant documentation and digital reports accurately and on timeMaintain safe working practices and adhere to health and safety proceduresManage own van stock and maintain tools and equipment in good conditionRequirements (Essential):Gas Safe Registered (with up-to-date certification)ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, etc.)Proven experience in domestic gas engineeringFull UK Driving LicenceStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDesirable:LPG or Commercial Gas qualifications (if applicable)Experience working with smart thermostats and heating controlsASHPKey Words:Domestic Gas EngineerGas EngineerTPBN1_UKTJ
