We collaborate closely to bring that positive impact home.Key Responsibilities: Internal Sales ManagerYou will manage and mentor Team Leaders and Internal Sales Account Managers, ensuring the team consistently delivers against revenue targets, margin expectations, and activity KPIs.Set, monitor and drive monthly revenue and margin targetsOwn KPI management across activity, conversion, and pipelineConduct regular 1-to-1s focused on performance, development, and outputDrive accurate weekly forecasting and opportunity managementAnalyse sales data and implement actions to increase conversion and customer valueBuild a high-performance culture focused on accountability and resultsWork cross-functionally with Marketing and internal stakeholders to maximise lead generation and campaign ROIRecruit, develop and retain top internal sales talentAbout You: Internal Sales Manager Experience leading a target-driven internal sales teamConfident being measured on numbers and performanceUnderstands forecasting, conversion rates, and commercial driversSelf-sufficient, decisive, and comfortable making performance callsEnjoys mentoring and developing individuals to exceed targetsThrives in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.Were proud to be recognised as a Disability Confident Level 3 Employerthe highest level in the UK Governments scheme.
