Inside Sales Representative - Technical Products About the Role We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to generate revenue and profit margin in assigned accounts via telephone and electronic means. This role focuses on prospecting new opportunities, qualifying leads, and building strong customer relationships within assigned territories - all while working with cutting-edge technology and world-class technical solutions. Location: Office-based with minimal travel required Salary: Competitive Job Summary This position generates revenue/profit margin in assigned accounts via telephone or electronic means. You may generate prospective customers through cold calling and/or qualify and follow-up with sales leads as provided. The role focuses on accounts and prospects within assigned territories. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Business Development: Prospect for and identify new opportunities at the assigned current customer base Prospect for and identify new customers and new product opportunities to accomplish and maintain expected sales revenue and margin targets within assigned territories Generate and qualify business leads in support of Opportunity Pipeline growth targets Sales Process Management: Utilise SFDC to report competitor landscape and competitor pricing Follow the sales process managing opportunity data, creating inquiries (where needed), quote follow-up to close Prepare reports on customer contacts, sales opportunities, and accomplishments within the company CRM tool (Salesforce.com) Relationship Building: Aligned with territory management strategic objectives, proactively communicate and build relationships with key purchasing, engineering, and other relevant contacts within assigned accounts Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and account growth Reporting & Analysis: In collaboration with the sales operation specialist, keep management up to date on any pertinent information and activities within assigned accounts Report results and evaluate marketing strategies and sales territory plans Required Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience Skills and Experience: Persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy Ability to understand and sell technical products/solutions Able to work well in a diverse multi-functional team environment, demonstrating a collaborative approach to meet common business goals Able to make decisions consistent with business vision Professional and assertive work style with excellent communication skills both verbal and written Requires minimal business travel and work outside of the office TPBN1_UKTJ
