With a client base of over 2,300 customers spanning various industries, they are trusted by renowned names such as PGA, Wolverhampton Wanderers FC and Nottingham Rugby.With continued growth and an extensive range of solutions, Air IT are now looking for a team of high-calibre Account Managers to help maximise client engagement and drive revenues within existing accounts, empowering businesses to thrive in todays technology-driven world.About the RoleIn this role you will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and relationship-building. You will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, presenting tailored solutions to meet clients needs while serving as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries.You will also be responsible for managing the timely renewal of recurring revenue contracts, proactively addressing clients concerns and qualifying incoming opportunities to ensure alignment with Air Its target criteria. Additionally, you will engage in proactive outreach through phone, email and LinkedIn to generate brand awareness and interest, mapping Air ITs cybersecurity, IT support and data solutions to client needs.Whats in it For You?Joining Air IT enables you to have the access to all the resources needed for you to succeed.
