Known for collaborative working practices, they maintain trusted relationships with subcontractors and clients to deliver high-quality schemes on time and within budget.Their diverse portfolio of projects spans commercial construction, education, leisure and healthcare construction projects, combining traditional delivery methods with modern project controls and sustainability frameworks. Following two years of consistent growth, they are expanding their contracts management team and seeking an experienced construction professional to lead their contract delivery programme.RoleOperating as the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for large-scale projects in the business with values ranging from 1m - 45m.
