Service Care Solutions is working alongside a growinglocal authority , based inNottinghamshire , which is seeking aCommercial Property Lawyerto join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing a diverse range of tasks related to local authority land transactions, including land disposals, acquisitions, and commercial landlord and tenant cases.Role: Commercial Property Lawyer Location: Nottinghamshire –hybrid working Umbrella Rate: £50-£55ph PAYE inc. Holiday Rate: £44.06 - £48.41ph Contract Length: 3 months ongoing –25 hours per weekKey Requirements of the Commercial Property Lawyer role:Handle a mixed caseload of commercial property law from start to completion. Act for the council in both freehold and leasehold land transactions and manage a busy case list. Provide support to the council’s property legal team wherever required. Required Skills: Strong background in handling freehold and leasehold land transactions for local authorities. A qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive in England and Wales with 3+ years of PQE in Commercial Property law. Ability to handle land disposals, acquisitions, and vesting declarations. Benefits included with the Commercial Property Layer position: Hybrid working. Flexible hours - minimum of 25hrs per week ideally over 5 days (including Monday). Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance.
