The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, acting for a variety of clients including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and lenders.Key responsibilities include:Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposalsDrafting and negotiating commercial leases (granting, renewing, terminating)Handling secured lending and property finance transactionsAdvising on landlord and tenant mattersSupporting corporate colleagues on property elements of transactional workAssisting in development site acquisitions and disposalsManaging your own caseload with appropriate supervisionDeveloping client relationships and contributing to business developmentDo you enjoy varied and interesting commercial property work, with the chance to make a real impact?
