The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in performance marketing, and a proven track record of increasing traffic, conversions, and adherence to FCA advertising standards are critical. DutiesPlan, execute, and optimise high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other paid platforms. Analyse user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and optimise landing pages. Conduct ongoing A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and cost-efficiency while meeting regulatory content standards. Personalised Campaign Management Develop and execute segmentation and remarketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
