The industry is exciting, fast-paced and requires somebody with a lot of resilience, enthusiasm and energy.Key skills required:Previous sales experience or having worked in a target and KPI focused roleDrive, determination and motivationWorking towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organisational and time management skillsConfident, positive and resilient personalityStrong communication skills with the ability to build rapportAbility to build relationshipsExperience of working in recruitment is desire but not essential as full training is providedWorking Hours:Fully office based (20 days WFH per year once probation passed)Term time- 07:30am - 4:30pm - 5:30pmReduced hours in school holidays 4-6hr shiftsAt TeacherActive we strive for excellence, ordinary isnt in our nature.
