You will be a conscientious and enthusiastic team player with excellent organisational and communication skills, and be well motivated and reliable.Main duties of the job In addition to the summary you need to familiarize yourself with full Job Description and Person Specification documents attached.You will be able to understand and accurately convey verbal and written information and be able to remain calm under pressure. You will be able to work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of a busy department.Accurately transcribe clinical letters using BigHand, producing high quality work within defined deadlines.The successful applicant will have obtained 5 GCSE passes which will include English Language and Maths at grade C or above, will have a word processing or typing qualification (or experience); NVQ level 3 in Administration or equivalent experience.The successful applicant will have excellent audio typing skills and be competent in the use Microsoft packages.
