Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards in line with the fine dining ethos. Work across multiple sections of the kitchen, including hot and cold sections. Support junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture. Participate in menu development, incorporating seasonal, locally sourced and home-farm ingredients.
