They connect finance, engineering and sustainability to help organisations achieve practical, commercially robust net zero outcomes.They are now seeking a Head of Engineering Design to take full ownership of their engineering function - raising standards, strengthening delivery performance and building a high-accountability professional culture across Solar PV, BESS, Heat Pumps and Heat Networks. This is a senior leadership role for a Chartered Engineer (or an experienced engineer actively progressing toward chartership) who wants to shape engineering governance while operating hands-on within a growing SME.
