Job Description Role: Electrical Maintenance EngineerLocation: NottinghamSalary: Up to 40,000Hours: 4 on / 4 off days only (06:0018:00)Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive electrical (and mechanical where applicable) maintenanceFault-find and repair plant equipment including conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and switchgearWork safely within a structured shift pattern to ensure continuous operationDiagnose PLC/SCADA faults (no programming required)Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with site safety proceduresCandidate Requirements (Essential)Apprentice-trained engineer (Level 3 NVQ minimum)Proven experience in heavy or process industryStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsComfortable working in physically demanding environmentsAble to work independently and as part of a shift teamBenefitsOptional pension match up to 10% employer contribution17 guaranteed 12-hour overtime cover shifts per yearBank holidays paid as time + day in lieu (or day in lieu if scheduled off)Career progression opportunities into team leader or supervisory rolesOvertime rates:MonFri: 1.5Sundays: 2
