Injection Mould Setter Location: Nottingham Salary : 43,000 (inc. night-shift allowance) + exceptional company bonuses & benefits Shifts: Permanent night shifts (Mon - Thurs 10pm to 6am & Fri 8pm to 3am) We are delighted to be working with a world-renowned manufacturer known for its exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and people-first culture. Following continued investment in their Nottingham operation, were now seeking a skilled Injection Mould Setter to join their production team. The role: Set, adjust and optimise injection moulding and injection blow moulding machines across high-quality production lines Carry out tool changes, machine start-ups and adjustments to minimise downtime Ensure consistent product quality through process monitoring and fine-tuning Work collaboratively with technical, maintenance and production teams to identify and resolve issues Contribute to continuous improvement activities and high GMP standards across the site Train and support production operatives to ensure the department runs efficiently Recommend material and colour changes where required, maintaining a focus on quality and output The person: Experienced Injection Mould Setter with a solid understanding of processing parameters and troubleshooting techniques Confident in tool changeovers, machine set-up, and optimisation Experience within plastics manufacturing Proactive, detail-focused and quality-driven with a positive approach to teamwork Strong awareness of health, safety and good manufacturing practice Why join: Competitive salary of just over 43,000 including a night shift allowance Exceptional annual bonus scheme 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Company pension with matched contributions (up to 7.5%) Profit share and Share Save schemes Generous staff discount on a world-famous product range Free onsite parking and convenient public transport links Ongoing training and career progression within a company known for internal development If youre a skilled Injection Mould Setter looking to join a business where quality, collaboration and craftsmanship are at the core, wed love to hear from you.
