By day, we are a warm and welcoming caf bar, serving specialty coffee, fresh scones, and homemade cakes, alongside a full breakfast and lunch menu. As the evening unfolds, we transform into a lively bar and restaurant, where guests can enjoy a relaxed dinner or meet friends for drinks. At weekends, our bar becomes a popular, buzzing hub for locals, and the atmosphere is vibrant to say the least. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing the daily operations of the caf, bar, and restaurant. Lead and inspire the team to always deliver exceptional hospitality. Support with staff training, scheduling, and development. Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation. Ensure smooth running of busy shifts, particularly evenings and weekends. Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships. Uphold compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Work closely with the management team to drive sales and customer satisfaction. What Were Looking For Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a food-led pub, bar, or restaurant. A confident leader with excellent organisational and people skills. Calm, efficient, and effective under pressure. High standards of service and the ability to instil these in others. A hands-on, positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
