Protecting their personal information is central to that commitment, and were looking for an Information Rights Executive to play a key role in making sure we meet the highest standards of data protection.Joining our fast-paced Customer Experience team, youll be the first point of contact for customer data protection requests and concerns. From handling GDPR enquiries to investigating complaints, youll make sure that every customer interaction is managed with professionalism, accuracy, and care. This is a role that combines strong attention to detail with the ability to build trust through clear communication and a focus on doing the right thing.Youll have the opportunity to be involved with:Processing Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and other GDPR rights requests, such as the Right to Be Forgotten, rectification, and data portabilityInvestigating and resolving customer complaints relating to data protection, including instances of suspected data misuse or unauthorised accessCommunicating clearly and empathetically with customers to explain outcomes and provide reassurance where neededLogging all requests in the compliance system and ensuring accurate, well-maintained recordsProducing reports on GDPR requests, complaints, and trends, and sharing recommendations for improvements with the wider teamSupporting colleagues by contributing to GDPR training sessions and awareness activities, helping to embed data privacy best practices across the businessDo you have what it takes to be a Lithia UK Associate?
